Welcome to TalkPlus, your FREE NHS primary care mental health service

We provide support to people with common mental health problems in North East Hampshire and Farnham including timely treatment for perinatal and military veteran referrals.  We have an online safe space link at the bottom of every page.

We offer treatments for stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, panic, phobiasOCD.

TalkPlus helps people by giving them the tools to cope with the stressors of day to day life.

Our friendly service provides free NHS therapy for people aged 16 and above registered to surgeries in Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Aldershot, Church Crookham, Blackwater and Yateley.
