Help for Worry

Worrying is very common. Some might call it over thinking or fretting. One in four people in the UK will be affected by a mental health problem in any given year and this can include excessively worrying.

What is Worry?

Worrying involves having prolonged chains of negative thinking about things that might happen in the future. They are typically things that we do not currently have control over or can do anything about. Worrying can cause anxiety symptoms and can be overwhelming. This can lead to even more worry which results in wearing us out and making us feel ill.
