LTC Problem Solving for people with a Long Term Condition
During this video, we’ll be talking about a technique called problem-solving, a practical approach to solving problems. When we’re feeling low or anxious we may become overwhelmed with the amount of problems we have and lack confidence in tackling them.
Living with a long-term physical health condition can mean we are faced with a number of challenges. This technique helps us to break our problems down into small, manageable chunks and take practical steps in a structured way to overcome these problems. When we tackle things head-on in this way, we often find that we worry less about them and our confidence in our ability to cope is improved.
