Anxiety Video Modules

One-in-ten adults suffer from anxiety problems. Symptoms of anxiety fall into two main categories: What we feel in our bodies and what thoughts or worries go through our minds. Anxious thoughts are often worries focused on threat or uncertainty about the future.

Here are some other ways to describe anxiety:

  • Feeling stressed out
  • Feeling tense or nervous
  • Unable to relax
  • Feeling on-edge or irritable

It would be worth watching this ‘Anxiety – an introduction’ video first.
